    Pengaruh Punishment terhadap Disiplin Mahasiswa (Studi Kasus pada Program Studi D-4 Administrasi Negara Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis Polnep)

    Business Administrastion Department especially Public Adminis- trastion study program of Pontianak State Polytechnic try to create profes- sional alumni whose have some competencies dan disciplines in following the rules at the institution. Pontianak State Polytechnic has a motto which said “on time, perecise on regulation and standard” . One of the effort done by Public Administration study program in creating disciplines alumni is by implementing punishment for students who break the rules. The objectives of this research is to test empirically the relation between punishment and dis- ciplines dan to find out, thetype of punishment that mostly received by Public Administration students. Research method being used is survey and quis- tionnaire is used as collecting data tool. Sampling method is non probability sampling (purposive sampling). The result shows that the test on hypothesis, confirming the positive effect from punishment to students disciplines. Its was marked with regression coefficient or sig. value 0.013. The second objective which confirming the type of punishment which received by mostly students, taken from the value of descriptive statistics, it was found that filling the statement form of guilty and promise is the mostly punishment that received by students. The average value of this type of punishment is 3.730

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian reward, punishment  Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Area Terdampak Pintu Toll Serang Panimbang Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penelitian analisis deskriptif ,Pengambilan sampel menggunakan random Sampling berjumlah 50 orang.Responden  yaitu Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Area Terdampak Pintu Toll Serang-Panimbang.     This study basically aims to determine the effect of Punishment on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as an Intervening variable on Pai Li Bang Store employees at Social Market Palembang. From the results of data analysis conducted using path analysis it can be seen that, 1) there is a significantly positive direct effect between punishment on work discipline where tcount> ttable (3.492> 1.995) with Sig. 0.001 <0.05 and the Beta Path coefficient 0.395, which means the category of influence is strong. 2) there is a significant positive direct effect between punishment on employee performance where 2.159> 1.995 with Sig. 0.038 <0.05 and the Beta Path coefficient of 0.244 is in the medium category. 3) Then, there is a significantly positive direct effect between work discipline on employee performance where 3,591> 1,995 with Sig. 0.001 <0.05 and the Beta Path coefficient of 0.405 is categorized as strong. 4) and it is also known, that there is an indirect effect between punishment on employee performance obtained from the multiplication results between the path coefficient X to Y with the path coefficient Y to Z (0.395× 0.405) that is equal to 0.159 in the medium category. Based on the Sobel Test it is found that the value of zcount (2.4500)> ztable (1.96), the path coefficient of 0.159 is significant which means there is a mediating effect and mediation occurs in this hypothesis is a partial hypothesis, because significant punishment (X) on employee performance (Z ) did not change to be greater than 0.05 despite being influenced by mediation. Keywords: Punishment, Work Discipline, Employee Performanc

    Visualisasi Data Dari Data Ketidakhadiran Mahasiswa Menggunakan Pemrograman Python

    Proses pembelajaran diruang kelas merupakan sebuah proses transfer ilmu pengetahuan dari dosen kepada mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu kehadiran mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan menjadi salah satu hal yang sangat penting. Namun selama satu semester terdapat mahasiswa yang tidak hadir dengan alasan sakit atau izin tetapi ada juga mahasiswa tidak hadir tanpa keterangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada program studi Teknik Informatika semester dua dengan rentang waktu tanggal 6 maret 2023 sampai dengan 14 Juli 2023. Ketidakhadiran mahasiswa tersebut dicatat dalam daftar lembar kehadiran yang disediakan oleh staf program studi kemudian setiap minggu akan di lakukan rekapitulasi sebagai laporan. Mahasiswa yang tidak hadir akan mendapatkan bobot pelanggaran. Selama ini catatan pelanggaran dalam bentuk Excel yang terdiri dari banyak sheet. Selain laporan rekap ketidakhadiran belum adanya grafik visual yang menunjukkan tingkat ketidakhadiran mahasiswa, apakah mengalami peningkatan atau penurunan setelah diberlakukannya sanki pelanggaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk visualisasi data ketidakhadiran mahasiswa sehingga diperoleh gambaran grafik ketidak hadiran mahasiswa dari minggu ke minggu. Berdasarakan hasil penelitian dapat menunjukkan grafik ketidakhadiran dengan alasan izin, sakit dan tanpa keterangan (alpa). Pustaka Matplotlib pada Python dapat membentuk grafik ketidakhadiran yang dapat membantu visualisasi data yang dapat digunakan oleh ketua program studi dalam membantu mengambil keputusan terkait dengan ketidakhadiran mahasiswa

    aim of this study is to obtain a model of the development of Corporate Social Responsibility culture that will be used by companies as a form of participation of indigenous cultural preservation Osing tribe. This study analyzes the public response to the social awareness of the cultural aspects of the company, to explore and understand the cultural values that exist in society Kemiren village for the preservation of indigeno us culture. So the paradigm in this study is ethnometodology interpretive approach. The results of this research to the development of culture through the implementation of the ceremonies, each group of informants have the same perception, that the ceremony is a ritual and custom that must be i mplemented. The shape of the execution in accordance with the ritual that had been implemented, with funding coming from the individual and society throug h muphu (dues). To the development of culture through the development of art galleries, each group of informants have different perceptions; Cultural actors:they feel the studio that they have never received funds, whether from the government or from the company. Funding for the development of art galleries, either for exercise or to perform (b-fest or staging) is carried out by independent fee. Cultural figures:they are self-financed owner of the art galleries, should they get help for example in the form of equipment. The Government:government provides assistance in the form of actualization of art. The galleri was given the freedom to create and actualize in art. Model CSR developed in this study to seek the establishment of effective communication between t he company, CSR forum, council Blambangan arts and cultural actors/ art galleries owner. With the development of the model is expected later CSR funds disbursed by the company through Art board blambangan (DKB) or directly to the cultural actors/ art galleries owner as sponsorship or development of art galleries can be precisely targeted

    This study aimed to examine the effect of conservatism on equity valuation with corporate governance variable as moderating variable.The study was conducted on 365 manufacturing companies that meet the criteria of observations in 2011 to 2015. The variables used in this research is accounting consevatism as independent variables, corporate governance as moderating variable and equity valuastion as dependen variable. The board of directors and manajerial ownership in this article as a proxy of corporate governance. Studies show conservatism affect the equity valuation.
