    This study aims to analyze the amino acid component contained in the golden sea cucumber so that it can be used as a basis for consideration, management, especially the development of sea cucumbers. Protein in sea cucumbers have complete amino acids, both essential amino acids and non-essential amino acids. The result of the proximate test of golden sea cucumber has high protein content which is 95,14% and fat 0,20% compared to other sea cucumber type while the protein of sea cucumber is very low that is 1.78% and 1.54% ash. The highest content of dried sea cucumber amino acids in golden sea cucumber meat seen in glutamic acid of 6.6049%, 7.1769% glycine, aspartic acid 3.9227% and proline of 3.4189% while the results of wet sea cucumber amino acids have a low amino acid value with glutamic acid 0.2281%, Glycine 0.2308% and Alanin 0.2169%

    Protoreaster nodosusstarfish or also called horned starfish are animals that enter the phylum Echinoderms. This study aims to examine the nutrients contained in Protoreaster nodosusby looking at three parameters namely proximate, amino acids and fatty acids. The test method refers to SNI 1992 (proximate), AACC 1994 (amino acid), and AOC 1984 (fatty acid). Proximate analysis results on Protoreaster nodosusgave values of water (50.40%), ash (33.60%), protein (9.19%), fat (0.50%), and carbohydrate (6.31% ). The results of amino acid analysis on the highest third-order Protoreaster nodosusare glutamic acid (2.45%), aspartic acid (1.08%), and leucine (1.05%). The results of the analysis of fatty acids in the highest third-order Protoreaster nodosuswere palmitic acid (0.14%), stearic acid (0.07%), and linolenic acid (0.07%).Bintang laut Protoreaster nodosusatau disebut juga bintang laut bertanduk adalah hewan yang masuk kedalamfilum Echinodermata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji nutrisi yang terkandung di dalam Protoreaster nodosusdengan melihat tiga parameter yaitu proksimat, asam amino dan asam lemak. Metode uji mengacu pada SNI 1992 (proksimat), AACC 1994 (asam amino), dan AOC 1984 (asam lemak). Hasil analisis proksimat pada Protoreaster nodosusmemberi nilai masing-masing air (50,40%), abu (33,60%), protein (9,19%), lemak (0,50%), dan karbohidrat (6,31%).     Abstrak Bakasang merupakan salah satu produk tradisonal yang banyak dimanfaatkan disebagian besar wilayah Indonesia tanpa terkecuali di wilayah Maluku. Di Maluku Tenggara khususnya di daerah Saumlaki, bakasang umumnya menggunakan daging ikan yang dipotong dadu dengan penambahan garam dan “lemon cui” (Citrus microcarpa) atau yang biasa disebut ”lemon cina” oleh masyarakat Maluku. Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas protein dan jenis asam amino yang terkandung dalam bakasang ikan layang (Decapterus macrosoma) dengan penambahan lemon Cina (Citrus microcarpa). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen atau percobaan. Bakasang ikan layang pengujian asam amino dengan menggunakan metode HPLC, dilanjutkan menghitung skor kimia dan P-PER untuk melihat kualitas protein. Hasil penelitian bakasang ikan layang dengan menggunakan lemon cina menunjukan bahwa terdapat 15 jenis asam amino pada bakasang ikan layang dengan lemon cina dimana 9  jenis asam amino essensial antara lain : histidin, treonin, arginin, metionin, valin, fenilalanin, isoleusin, leusin, dan lisin serta 6 jenis asam amino non essensial antara lain : asam aspartat, asam glutamat, serin, glisin, alanin, dan tirosin. Asam amino pembatas pada bakasang ikan layang dengan lemon cina adalah metionin, serta nilai P- PER bakasang ikan layang dengan lemon cina yaitu 0,4863%

    The number of natural-based cosmetic products on the market is increasing. One of the natural ingredients that can be used is golden sea cucumber. TEDY lotion is a skin care product with collagen extract and gamapeptide from golden sea cucumber as the ingredients. The purpose of this article is to analyze the use of TEDY AR application on product sales. The method used is by using a questionnaire that has been tested, which is validity test. The validity test is then concluded to be a diagram through statistical formulation. The result showed, 73% like the product, 22% really like and 5% unlike. Meanwhile, the results of the questionnaire the application show that 44% strongly agreed, 45% agreed and 11% chose neutral. Therefore, it can be concluded that use of applications in helping sales have a positive impact. We hope this product can create a business opportunity for the future

There was a decrease in blood sugar levels and symptoms of diabetes in diabetic patients during 4 weeks of therapy, who were given gold sea cucumber treatment therapy and acupuncture as an alternative treatment
