    The aim of this study is to know the relationship of price and product quality with customer satisfaction at Elis school uniform shop of Bengkulu city. The sample in this study were 50 consumers who purchased school uniform at Elis school uniform shop of Bengkulu city, because all the population in this study were sampled, so the sampling was done by using accidental sampling technique. Data collection methods used is questionnaires and analytical methods used are rank spearman correlation analysis and testing the data with t test.Based on the results of study the price has a relationship with the customer satisfaction at Elis school uniform shop of Bengkulu citywith a correlation value of 0.537, thus the price offered by the shop is relatively or not too expensive or not too cheap. This result is reinforced by hypothesis test result that tcount is greater than t table (4.408> 1.677). This means that the price has a significant relationship with customer satisfaction at Elis school uniform shop of Bengkulu city.Rank spearman correlation for the relationship of product quality with customer satisfaction at Elis school uniform shop of Bengkulu cityhas a strong correlation with correlation value of 0.604, it means that the better quality of the trade by Elis school uniform shop, the higher level of customerssatisfaction. This is reinforced by the hypothesis test result that t count is greater than t table (5.246> 1.677). This means that the product quality has a significant relationship with customer satisfaction at Elis school uniform shop of Bengkulu city

    Hotel is an accommodation service business in which there are elements of service, comfort, and lodging facilities needed for those who want lodging facilities for family and vacation purposes. This research was conducted at Mercure Bengkulu hotel, the sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The questionnaire was distributed to 99 respondents at Mercure Bengkulu hotel. The analytical tools used are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, and coefficient of determination using IBM SPSS version 25. Hypothesis testing using the T test and F test. This type of research is quantitative, which is research that analyzes data quantitatively and then interprets a conclusion. In this study, the data sources used were primary data and secondary data. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze whether there is an effect of service quality, price and facilities on customer satisfaction using services of Mercure Bengkulu hotel. Y = 1.134+0.227 X1+0.488 X2 +0.242 X3+Ɛ. The results showed that Service Quality (X1) has a regression coefficient of 0.227, meaning that if the quality of service increases by 1, customer satisfaction will increase by 0.227. The regression coefficient is positive between service quality and customer satisfaction. Price (X2) is 0.488, which means that if the price increases by 1, customer satisfaction will increase by 0.488. The regression coefficient is positive between price and customer satisfaction. Facility (X3) is 0.242, which means that if the facility increases by 1, customer satisfaction will increase by 0.242. The regression coefficient is positive between facilities and customer satisfaction

    A photocopier is a tool for recopying documents or illustrations using light, heat, chemicals or static electric charges. Photocopy machines continue to be improved to meet people's needs, starting from black and white photocopies to color photocopies that resemble the original. The purpose of this research is to prove that product quality and service quality influence customer satisfaction at Heri Manna Photocopy, South Bengkulu. This type of research uses quantitative research. The analytical method in this research uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, and hypothesis testing using the t test. The number of samples studied was 90 Heri Photocopy consumers. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are the equation: Y = 13.152 + 0.477 ) at Heri Photocopy, South Bengkulu Regency. The value of the coefficient of determination from the calculation results using SPSS can be seen from the coefficient of determination from R square of 0.851. This means that the product quality value (X1) and service quality value (X2) influence customer satisfaction (Y) by 85.1% while the remaining 14.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in the research. So product quality and service quality have a very significant influence on customer satisfaction

    The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Apotek K24 Rawabuntu. 2) To determine the effect of customer value on customer satisfaction at Apotek K24 Rawabuntu. 3) To determine the effect of price on customer satisfaction at Apotek K24 Rawabuntu 4) To determine the effect of service quality, customer value and price simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Apotek K24 Rawabuntu. The analytical technique used in this study is a quantitative analysis technique using statistics. The population in this study were consumers of Apotek K-24 Rawabuntu. With incidental sampling technique, a sample of 30 consumers was taken. The results of this study indicate that: The results of this study indicate that obtained the result of F arithmetic Sig is 0.000. The value of sig < 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05, it means that Service Quality (X1), Customer Value (X2) and Price (X3) have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Customer Satisfaction (Y).Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Value, Price, Customer Satisfactio

    Di era globalisasi, persaingan di industri perbankan, terutama perbankan syariah, semakin ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga, produk, kualitas layanan, dan kinerja karyawan terhadap kepuasan nasabah di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Pasuruan Sudirman 1. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada nasabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan kinerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, sementara harga dan produk tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Penemuan ini menyoroti pentingnya aspek kualitas layanan yang responsif dan profesional, serta kinerja karyawan yang baik dalam menciptakan pengalaman positif bagi nasabah. Nasabah lebih mementingkan kepatuhan syariah dan kenyamanan transaksi daripada variasi produk dan harga. Penelitian ini mengisi kesenjangan dalam literatur mengenai kepuasan nasabah di perbankan syariah, serta memberikan wawasan bagi pengelola bank untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kinerja karyawan guna meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah. &nbsp

    The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of products, promotions and services on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel internet data card package in Wonogiri. This type of research is quantitative. This research was conducted in Wonogiri, the number of population is not infinite because of the large number of internet data package users, especially Telkomsel which has a very stable network. The samples taken in this study were 100 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis uses multiple oline are regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test show that product quality promotion and service simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel's internet data packet card in Wonogiri. The results of the t test show that the product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel internet data package cards in Wonogiri. Promotion variables partially also have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel internet data package card customers in Wonogiri. Service variables partially also have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel's internet data package card in Wonogiri.     Tema seminar kali ini dipilih untuk menanggapi isu-isu perkembangan perekonomian dunia yang fluktuatif dan belum adanya tanda-tanda berakhirnya krisis global. Hal ini menyebabkan prospek perekonomian Indonesia kedepan masih diliputi oleh nuansa ketidakpastian yang tinggi. Dampak krisis dipastikan akan memberikan tekanan yang cukup signifikan, tidak saja pada perekonomian domestik jangka pendek, namun juga akan mempengaruhi lintasan variabel-variabel kunci ekonomi makro dalam jangka menengah. Meskipun diperkirakan akan mengalami tekanan yang cukup kuat pada tahun 2013, namun dalam jangka menengah perekonomian diperkirakan akan tetap bergerak dalam lintasan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang makin tinggi dengan laju inflasi yang tetap terkendali. Permintaan domestik diperkirakan akan tetap menjadi kekuatan utama pertumbuhan ekonomi. Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang ditargetkan sebesar enam persen pada tahun 2013 diyakini akan bisa tercapai jika skim-skim investasi memiliki kinerja positif, sektor UKM ditingkatkan pemberdayaannya dan terutama jika program Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Ekonomi Indonesia (MP3EI) yang dijadikan acuan bagi pemerintah untuk menjadikan Indonesia sebagai negara besar bisa terlaksana dengan baik

    Prosiding ini disusun untuk mendokumentasikan gagasan dan hasil penelitian terkait inovasi dalam pembelajaran yang telah diterima mahasiswa Prodi Magister Ilmu Komunikasi Fikom Unpad Angkatan 2016. Meski pada pelaksanaanya, seminar ini juga terbuka bagi pengiriman naskah artikel dan presentasi dari para dosen dan mahasiswa magister atau doktoral baik di lingkungan Fikom Unpad maupun dari perguruan tinggi lainnya. Sebagaimana yang selalu saya sampaikan, transformasi dan perkembangan mutakhir dalam proses pembelajaran di jenjang pendidikan magister semakin mempersyaratkan kemandirian mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, sejatinya, proses perkuliahan di dalam kelas di mana peran dosen begitu sentral tidak lagi menjadi pemandangan lazim. Sebaliknya, mahasiswa magister dituntut semakin aktif dan mandiri dalam mendalami materi yang disampaikan dalam setiap mata kuliah melalui proses penalaran dan bahkan penelitian mendalam, sesuai dengan minat dan kompetensi masing-masing. Di sinilah akan muncul sebuah proses pemahaman dan transfer pengetahuan yang jauh lebih kuat dan mendasar kepada setiap mahasiswa. Harapannya, setiap mahasiswa secara niscaya (taken for granted) akan senantiasa mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi serta dinamika sosial masyarakat untuk mengukur derajat pemahaman dan kompetensi keilmuan masing-masing. Pemahaman untuk menginterpretasi dinamika sosial masyarakat lewat kajian keilmuan yang diperoleh di bangku perkuliahan adalah prasyarat mendasar untuk menjadi tenaga ahli di bidang komunikasi. Di samping itu, kompetensi keilmuan itu kemudian dapat menjadi bagian dari sumbangsih mahasiswa magister lewat pendekatan multiperspektif yang berguna bagi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan kehidupan masyarakat. Itulah hakikat pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan mengaplikasikan Ilmu Komunikasi sesuai kebutuha
