Ab initio properties of the ground-state polar and paramagnetic europium-alkali-metal-atom and europium-alkaline-earth-metal-atom molecules
The properties of the electronic ground state of the polar and paramagnetic
europium--state-atom molecules have been investigated. Ab initio techniques
have been applied to compute the potential energy curves for the
europium-alkali-metal-atom, Eu (=Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs),
europium-alkaline-earth-metal-atom, Eu (=Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba), and
europium-ytterbium, EuYb, molecules in the Born-Oppenheimer approximation for
the high-spin electronic ground state. The spin restricted open-shell coupled
cluster method restricted to single, double, and noniterative triple
excitations, RCCSD(T), was employed and the scalar relativistic effects within
the small-core energy-consistent pseudopotentials were included. The permanent
electric dipole moments and static electric dipole polarizabilities were
computed. The leading long-range coefficients describing the dispersion
interaction between atoms at large internuclear distances are also
reported. The EuK, EuRb, and EuCs molecules are examples of species possessing
both large electric and magnetic dipole moments making them potentially
interesting candidates for ultracold many-body quantum simulations when

Learning Dynamical Demand Response Model in Real-Time Pricing Program
Price responsiveness is a major feature of end use customers (EUCs) that
participate in demand response (DR) programs, and has been conventionally
modeled with static demand functions, which take the electricity price as the
input and the aggregate energy consumption as the output. This, however,
neglects the inherent temporal correlation of the EUC behaviors, and may result
in large errors when predicting the actual responses of EUCs in real-time
pricing (RTP) programs. In this paper, we propose a dynamical DR model so as to
capture the temporal behavior of the EUCs. The states in the proposed dynamical
DR model can be explicitly chosen, in which case the model can be represented
by a linear function or a multi-layer feedforward neural network, or implicitly
chosen, in which case the model can be represented by a recurrent neural
network or a long short-term memory unit network. In both cases, the dynamical
DR model can be learned from historical price and energy consumption data.
Numerical simulation illustrated how the states are chosen and also showed the

Analysis of dynamic system optimum and externalities with departure time choice
This paper aims to analyse the dynamic system optimal assignment with departure time choice, which is an
important, yet underdeveloped area. The main contribution of this paper is the necessary conditions and the
sensitivity analysis for dynamic system optimizing flow. Following this, we revisit the issue of dynamic
externality in a more plausible way. We showed that how the externality can be derived and interpreted from
the control theoretic formulation and the sensitivity analysis of traffic flow. To solve the system optimal
assignment, we propose a dynamic programming solution approach. We present numerical calculations and
discuss the characteristics of the results. In particular, we contrast the system optimal assignment with its
equilibrium counterpart in terms of the amount of travel generated, flow profiles, and travel costs
Pengukuran Kepuasan Pengguna Situs Web Dengan Metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS)
This research conducted to determine the level of user satisfaction of Universal University website so that the website administrator can get an overview of the level of user satisfaction as well as future evaluation materials. Measurement of user satisfaction used End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. Measure of user satisfaction are two methods, End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and User Information Satisfaction (UIS). Based on the research of Seddon & Yip [4] who conducted a comparison between the EUCS and UIS methods it was found that the EUCS method was more useful than the UIS method. The variables in this research are content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The samples in this study collected from 168 respondents consisting of 3 staffs, 17 lecturers and 148 students. The data collection used a closed questionnaire consisting of 13 question for the five variables being studied. From the data obtained, concluded that the overall level of user satisfaction is in the average value of 2.64 at level 3 (neutral), which means that according to the general respondents’ perception, Universal University website not said satisfactory but also not disappointing. Variables that have assessed as good enough are accuracy and ease of use, while for content, format, and timeliness are still considered for more improvement and developed again. Evaluasi Sistem Informasi Yang Dikembangkan Dengan Metodologi Extreme Programming
Penggunaan sistem informasi di lingkungan laboratorium STMIK AMIKOM merupakan bagian penting. Sistem informasi dikembangkan sendiri oleh laboratorium, diantaranya yaitu sistem informasi peminjaman alat yang dikembangkan menggunakan metode extreme programming (XP).Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan sistem informasi peminjaman alat maka dilakukan evaluasi menggunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), yaitu mengukur kepuasan pengguna akhir sebagai indikator keberhasilan sistem. Penerpan metode XP juga dievaluasi apakah sesuai standar. Hasilnya evaluasinya sistem informasi berhasil tetapi dilevel rendah, dan ada beberapa practice XP tidak sesuai standar

Internet menjadi salah satu cara untuk mendapatkan informasi dalam era teknologi informasi saat ini. Peningkatan jumlah pengguna internet pada tahun 2012 terpaparkan hingga mencapai 2 miliar di seluruh dunia, hal ini membuka kemungkinan untuk salah satu dari bisnis potensial dalam berkaitan dengan perkembangan tersebut yakni Perusahaan Jasa Penyedia Layanan Internet atau dikenal Internet Service Provider (ISP). ISP sebagai bisnis distribusi internet ini menggunakan layanan jasa terkait dimensi pelanggan dengan karyawan Perusahaan dan dimensi pelanggan dengan sistem bisnis ISP. untuk menjaga hubungan antar pelanggannya perlu dilakukan peningkatan mutu dan kualitas layanan jasa nya. Dalam rangka peningkatan mutu dan kualitas maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kualitas layanan pelanggan atas kepuasan penggunaan jasa service internet. Evaluasi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan jasa service internet sebagai salah satu cara mengukur kualitas layanan dari Perusahaan ISP. Dalam penelitian ini ditengahkan mengenai evaluasi tingkat kepuasan layanan teknologi informasi pengguna jasa internet service provider dengan menggunakan metode SERVQUAL (Service Quality) untuk mengukur tingkat kualitas layanan yang sudah sampai kepada pelanggan serta metode EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) untuk mengukur tingkat kualitas kepuasan pelanggan sebagai end user dalam layanan teknologi informasi. Variabel dimensi untuk metode SERVQUAL yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Responssiveness (Kesigapan), Creadibility (Kredibilitas), Reliability (Reliabilitas), Access (Akses), Assurances (Jaminan), Emphaty (Empati), Tangibles (Tampilan Berwujud). Evaluasi Sistem Informasi untuk Mengetahui Tingkat Kepuasan Pengguna Www.my.unpam.ac.id dengan Menggunakan Metode EUCS dan PIECES
Universitas Pamulang merupakan salah satu universitas swasta terbesar di wilayah Kota Tangerang Selatan yang mempunyai lebih dari 30.000 orang mahasiswa. Untuk itu sangat diperlukan sistem informasi akademik yang berkualitas agar dapat memenuhi kepuasan pengguna dan dapat memperbesar niat para pengguna untuk menggunakannya. Untuk saat ini di Universitas Pamulang sudah terdapat sistem informasi yang berbasis web yang menyediakan informasi tentang hasil studi mahasiswa, dan pembayaran kuliah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kualitas dari sistem informasi akademik khususnya my.unpam.ac.id dan mencari tahu seberapa besar tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Ada dua model evaluasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yang pertama adalah EUCS, model kedua yang digunakan adalah model PIECES. Secara keseluruhan hasil review terhadap www.my.unpam.ac.id menunjukan adanya tingkat kepuasan dan ketidakpuasan pengguna terhadap www.my.unpam.ac.id dari dimensi EUCS dan PIECES. Dari segi tampilan dan cara penyajian laporan, rata-rata responden sudah puas. Namun dari segi keakuratan data dan update yang dihasilkan, rata-rata responden masih kurang puas
