LAMPUNG SAIBATIN (Studi Di Pekon Pekon Padang Ratu
Kecamatan Limau Kabupaten Tanggamus)

Perkembangan globalisasi saat ini menyebabkan banyaknya
budaya-budaya asing yang masuk, sehingga daerah-daerah yang masih
kental melestarikan kebudayaannya menjadi tantangan baru bagi
masyarakat yang harus di hadapi. Akan tetapi tradisi butabuh di Pekon
Padang Ratu tetap eksis dalam melestarikan kebudayaan tersebut tanpa
menghilangkan keasliannya. Oleh sebab itu tradisi butabuh ini
dijadikan suatu objek penelitian yang akan mengungkapkan nilai estetis
yang terkandung di dalam tradisi butabuh tersebut. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai estetis tradisi butabuh di Pekon
Padang Ratu Kecamatan Limau Kabupaten Tanggamus, yang akan
bermanfaat nantinya sebagai ilmu pengetahuan tentang nilai estetis
tradisi butabuh.
Teori Djelantik yang mengkaji tentang nilai estetis nilai
estetika seluruh benda atau peristiwa seni yang terdiri dari tiga
komponen utama , antara lain bentuk, bobot atau isi, dan penampakan,
merupakan teori yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Bentuk dan
struktur semuanya merupakan bagian dari wujud. Ada tiga komponen
yang membentuk bobot yaitu suasana, ide dan pesan. Sedangkan
penampilan memiliki tiga unsur yaitu bakat, keterampilan dan sarana.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, Jenis
penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research). Dalam
penelitian ini observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan
sebagai metode pengumpulan data Teknik analisis data menggunakan
metode deskriptif, metode interpretasi dan metode historis. Adapun
subjek dalam penelitian ini atau informan yang akan peneliti
wawancara berjumlah delapan orang masyarakat di Pekon Padang Ratu
Kecamatan Limau Kabupaten Tanggamus, dengan jumlah penduduk
1225 Jiwa dari 326 Kartu Keluarga, diantaranya 655 Laki-laki, 570
Perempuan. Serta dari jumlah tersebut digolongkan bahwa 396 Balita,
685 Remaja/Dewasa, dan 144 Lansia.
Hasil penelitian nilai estetis tradisi butabuh merupakan
keindahan yang dilihat dari sudut pandang simetria atau keindahan visual dan harmonia atau keindahan pendengaran, keindahan tersebut
terletak pada wujud dan bobot kesenian butabuh. Keindahan wujud
terdapat pada bentuk dan strukturnya. Bentuk kesenian butabuh terletak
pada formasi pelaksanaannya dan struktur terdapat kesatuan antara
formasi tersebut dengan tabuhan dan syairnya, serta harus memiliki
keseimbangan untuk menyesuakain tabuhan dan syair. Sedangkan
bobot didalam kesenian butabuh yaitu mengandung makna yang
mendalam berisikan pesan-pesan memuliakan nabi Muhammad SAW,
sehingga orang yang menikmatinya merasakan suasana yang damai dan
tentram melalui penyampaian emosi yang mendalam. Nilai estetis
kesenian butabuh juga terletak pada tabuhan dan syairnya, berdasrkan
kesatuan, kerumitan dan kedalaman penyampainya. Kesatuan (unity)
musik yang dipadukan sedemikian rupa menciptakan ritme dan melodi
yang harmonis. Kerumitan (complexity) dalam kesenian butabuh rumit
dalam menyesuaikan tabuhan dan syair, serta kedalaman (intensity)
yang memberikan penonjolan yang intens terhadap syair dan tabuhan
penghayatan emosionalnya menyampaikan pesan yang terkandung
didalamnya.

The current development of globalization has resulted in the
influx of many foreign cultures, so that areas that are still strong in
preserving their culture have become new challenges for society that
must be faced. However, the butabubu tradition in Pekon Padang Ratu
still exists in preserving this culture without losing its authenticity.
Therefore, the butabubuh tradition is used as an object of research that
will reveal the aesthetic values contained in the butabubu tradition.
This research aims to determine the aesthetic value of the tabuhu
tradition in Pekon Padang Ratu, Limau District, Tanggamus Regency,
which will be useful later as knowledge about the aesthetic value of
thebutabubu tradition.
Djelantik's theory which examines the aesthetic value of all art
objects or events which consists of three main components, including
form, weight or content, and appearance, is the theory applied in this
research. Form and structure are all part of existence. There are three
components that make up weight, namely atmosphere, ideas and
messages. Meanwhile, appearance has three elements, namely talent,
skills and means. This research uses qualitative research methods. This
type of research is field research. In this research, observation,
interviews and documentation were used as data collection methods.
Data analysis techniques used descriptive methods, interpretation
methods and historical methods. The subjects in this research or
informants who the researchers will interview are eight people from
Pekon Padang Ratu, Limau District, Tanggamus Regency, with a
population of 1225 people from 326 Family Cards, including 655 men,
570 women. And of this number, 396 were classified as toddlers, 685
teenagers/adults and 144 elderly.
The research results show that the aesthetic value of the tabuhu
tradition is beauty seen from the perspective of symmetria or visual
beauty and harmony or auditory beauty. This beauty lies in the form
and weight of the tabuh art. The beauty of form lies in its shape and
structure. The form of the art of tabuhan lies in the formation in which it is carried out and the structure has a unity between the formation and
the percussion and poetry, and must have a balance to match the
percussion and poetry. Meanwhile, the weight of the art of butabubu is
that it contains deep meaning containing messages glorifying the
Prophet Muhammad SAW, so that people who enjoy it feel a peaceful
and serene atmosphere through conveying deep emotions. The aesthetic
value of the art of butabubu also lies in its percussion and poetry, based
on the unity, complexity and depth of its delivery. The unity of music
combined in such a way creates a harmonious rhythm and melody. The
complexity in the art of butabub is complicated in adapting the drums
and poetry, as well as the depth (intensity) which gives an intense
emphasis to the poetry and the emotional percussion of the drums
conveys the message contained therein.

Spirit kebersihan masyarakat Penglipuran Bali: Konvergensi nilai keberagamaan dan kearifan lokal
This paper explains the spirit of cleanliness which is constructed in the life of the people of Penglipuran Bali. By synergizing local wisdom and religious spirit, the Penglipuran community manifests a culture of clean behavior and good environmental care. Various religious concepts that refer to the Hindu belief system, Penglipuran people derive transcendental concepts such as Tri Hita Karana in their daily lives and in their sphere of life. This paper poses two important questions as the basis for the analysis of the problem. First, What is the concept of environmental cleanliness according to the Penglipuran community. Second, is there a meeting point for the value of local wisdom and the spirit of religion in guiding public awareness in realizing environmental cleanliness. The writer analyzed this problem using a sociological approach in the perspective of interpretive understanding. From the research process carried out, the authors found that the meaning of cleanliness constructed by the Penglipuran community is based on value of religiousity. Through Hindu teachings that emphasize the concept of Tri Hita Karana, the people derive it from various spheres of their lives in protecting the environment and building a culture of clean behavior. On the other hand, Penglipuran community also uses local wisdom as a way of looking at, how to behave, and how to act in maintaining the cleanliness and beuty of the Penglipuran environment.Tulisan ini menjelaskan spirit kebersihan yang dikonstruksi dalam kehidupan masyarakat Penglipuran Bali. Dengan menyinergikan kearifan lokal dan spirit keberagamaan, masyarakat penglipuran memanifestasikan budaya perilaku bersih dan merawat lingkungan dengan baik. Berbagai konsep keberagamaan yang mengacu pada sistem kepercayaan Hindu, masyarakat Penglipuran menderivasi konsep transendental seperti Tri Hita Karana dalam keseharian dan di lingkup kehidupannya. Ada dua pertanyaan penting sebagai pijakan analisis masalahnya. Pertama, Bagaimana konsep kebersihan lingkungan menurut masyarakat Penglipuran. Kedua, Adakah titik temu nilai kearifan lokal dan spirit keberagamaan dalam memandu kesadaran masyarakat dalam mewujudkan kebersihan lingkungan. Untuk menganalisis pertanyaan tersebut, penulis menggunakan pendekatan sosiologis dalam perspektif interpretative understanding. Dari proses telaah yang dilakukan, penulis menemukan bahwa spirit kebersihan yang dikonstruksi oleh masyarakat penglipuran berbasis pada nilai keberagamaan. Melalui ajaran Hindu yang menekankan pada konsep Tri Hita Karana, masyarakatnya menderivasikannya ke berbagai lingkup kehidupan mereka dalam menjaga lingkungan dan membangun budaya perilaku bersih. Selain itu, masyarakat penglipuran juga menggunakan kearifan lokal sebagai cara pandang, cara bersikap, dan cara bertindak dalam menjaga kebersihan dan keasrian lingkungan penglipuran
KEARIFAN LOKAL DALAM BERITA DI KORAN ONLINE NASIONAL

diction that refers to local wisdom in news in national online newspapers, (2) to
describe community efforts in preserving local wisdom in news in national
online newspapers, and (3) identify local wisdom values contained in national
online newspapers. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive
techniques. The data in this study is local wisdom in the news. The data sources
in this study are national online newspapers based on Kompas, Sindonews,
Tempo, Merdeka Indonesia, Rakyat Merdeka, Republika, and Suara Karya. The
data collection method in this study uses the listening method with the advanced
technique in the form of note taking techniques. The data validation technique
used in this study is the source triangulation technique. The data analysis
method used in the research is reading markers, equivalent methods, and
comparative. The results showed that first (1) the diction of local wisdom in the
field of culture, (2) the diction of local wisdom in the field of agriculture, (3) the
diction of local wisdom in the field of religion, (4) the diction of local wisdom in
the field of tourism, (5) the diction of local wisdom in the social field, and (6)
local wisdom diction in the economic field. The two community efforts in
preserving local wisdom include (1) motivation to maintain, maintain and pass
on local wisdom from previous generations, (2) motivation to increase the love
of future generations for the inheritance of local wisdom which is carried out in
a real way, (3) symbolic motivation to believe in local wisdom as a
manifestation of identity community group self-esteem increases joy and pride,
and (4) economic motivation of local wisdom has commercial value to increase
the welfare of its conservationists. Third, the value of local wisdom contained in
the news in the national online newspaper has 20 character values. The twenty
characters include (1) local wisdom of wisdom, (2) local wisdom of trust, (3)
local wisdom of sincerity, (4) local wisdom of benevolence, (5) local wisdom of
self-control, (6) tolerant local wisdom, ( 7) obedience local wisdom, (8) caring
local wisdom, (9) willingness local wisdom, (10) belief local wisdom, (11)
enthusiastic local wisdom, (12) generous local wisdom, (13) justice local
wisdom, ( 14) local wisdom of courage, (15) local wisdom of hospitality, (16)
local wisdom of the character of patience, (17) local wisdom of the character of
honesty, (18) local wisdom of the character of protection, (19) local wisdom of
the character of respect, and ( 20) local wisdom character of responsibility

PERAN GENERASI MILENIAL DALAM PENGEMBANGAN DESA WISATA DI DANAU TOBA
The Millennials are terms that include human phenomena and are often talked about in cultural themes of society. This study aims to analyse the role of millennials in the development of tourism villages in Lake Toba and its implications for the preservation of cultural identities (case studies in the village of Simangulampe). The interview form is an open, semi-structured interview. Participants selected in the collection of data through interviews are the administrators of a youth organization (millennials) and indigenous people gathered in Simangulampe tourism village so that they can provide precise information about Potential, constraints, and strategies for the development of tourism attraction in the village. This research has led to the findings that the role of millennials in Lake Toba consists of: (1) The establishment of the GEMASAKTI organization against the potential development of tourism villages. (2) Tourism village socialization by generation of millennials on the development of Tourism Village (3) Problems and constraints of millennials related to the cultures and customs affected by modernity, mindset, human resources, Infrastructure availability, and promotional activities. (4) Form of millennial innovation related to the development efforts of Simangulampe tourism village is done by training and works. The implications are that millennials can familiarize themselves with socio-cultural traditions so that the cultural identity can be preserved and tourism creations in Lake Toba are progressing
Peran Pemuda dalam Optimalisasi Branding Desa Wisata Edukasi Toleransi
This study aimed to analyze the value of tolerance in religious diversity in Sukodadi Village and the role of youth in optimizing Sukodadi Village as a tolerant educational tourism village. This study was a qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study type of research. Informants were selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques utilized interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Robert K. Yin technique, including preparing propositions, comparing cases and initial propositions, correcting statements, and repeating the process until accurate data were found. The study results showed that the religious diversity and tolerance attitude of the people of Sukodadi Village had become a pilot as a tolerance education tourism village. The Sukodadi Village community, which has a diversity of religions, maintained conduciveness and harmony. As the nation's next generation, youth can take on a role by making Sukodadi Village a tolerance education tourism village through a tourism village branding strategy. The involvement of youth impacted village development and created an image of the village as a medium for educating tolerance for other villages in building tolerance in diversity
