Analisis Kinerja Pendapatan Pajak Daerah Pada Badan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (BAPENDA) Kota Palembang Periode 2014-2022
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the Palembang City Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) Office for the 2014-2022 period which was analyzed in the 2014-2022 Budget Performance Report. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. From the results of the discussion of the analysis of variance in 2014 to 2022, it can be concluded that the average local tax revenue of 95.08% is still below 100%. This means that the Palembang City Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) is very efficient. When the calculations are analyzed from the growth analysis, it appears that revenue cannot be realized according to the budget target. On the other hand, revenue growth is based on budget realization for the 2014-2022 period. The average growth rate is 36.55%, slightly less efficient.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja pada Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kota Palembang periode 2014-2022 yang dianalisis dalam Laporan Kinerja Anggaran Tahun 2014-2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dari hasil pembahasan hasil analisis varian pada tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2022 diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa rata-rata sebesar pendapatan pajak daerah sebesar 95,08% ternyata masih dibawah 100%. Artinya, Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kota Palembang sangat efisien. Ketika perhitungan dianalisis dari analisis pertumbuhan, terlihat bahwa pendapatan tidak dapat direalisasikan sesuai dengan target anggaran. Sebaliknya, pertumbuhan pendapatan berdasarkan realisasi anggaran periode 2014-2022. Tingkat pertumbuhan rata-rata adalah 36,55%, sedikit kurang efisien.

Analisis Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Dengan Metode Rgec Pada PT. Bank Bri (Persero) Tbk Periode 2014 – 2022
enelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan yang berguna untuk mengetahui: (1) Tingkat Kesehatan PT Bank BRI (Persero) Tbk. ditinjau melalui aspek Risk Profile Periode 2014-2022, (2) Tingkat Kesehatan PT Bank BRI (Persero) Tbk. ditinjau menggunakan faktor Good Corporate Governance Periode 2014-2022, (3) Tingkat Kesehatan PT Bank BRI (Persero) Tbk. dengan aspek Earning Periode 2014-2022, (4) Tingkat Kesehatan PT Bank BRI (Persero) Tbk. melalui aspek Capital Periode 2014-2022, (5) Tingkat Kesehatan PT Bank BRI (Persero) Tbk. dengan metode RGEC menggunakan pendekatan RBBR (Risk-Based Bank Rating) periode 2014-2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis data sesuai pada Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor: 13/1/PBI/2011 melalui pendekatan RBBR (Risk-Based Bank Rating) yang menilai dari berbagai aspek dan indikatornya yaitu: (1) Risk Profile dan indikator rasio yang digunakan yaitu NPL dan LDR, (2) Good Corporate Governance dengan penilaian self-assesment pada tata kelola bank, (3) Earning dengan indikator rasio ROA, dan NIM, (4) Capital dengan menggunakan indikator rasio CAR. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa selama 9 tahun periode yang di analisa pada PT Bank BRI (Persero) Tbk. yaitu tahun 2014-2022 secara keseluruhan tingkat kesehatan bank menunjukkan hasil grafik trend yang stabil selama 9 tahun periode yaitu dari tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2022, oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa predikat yang didapatkan oleh PT Bank BRI (Persero) Tbk. adalah “Sehat”. Selain itu, kesimpulan hasil setiap aspek yaitu; pada Faktor Risk Profile mendapatkan predikat “Sehat” dengan nilai komposit 2,3, pada aspek Good Corporate Governance mendapatkan kriteria “Sehat” dan nilai komposit sebesar 1,1, pada aspek Earning mendapatkan hasil nilai komposit sebesar 1 dengan predikat “Sehat”, serta pada aspek Capital mendapatkan peringkat “Sangat Sehat” dengan nilai komposit yang masih dalam cakupan peringkat komposit 1

The diagnosis of severe combined immunodeficiency: Implementation of the PIDTC 2022 Definitions
BACKGROUND: Shearer et al in 2014 articulated well-defined criteria for the diagnosis and classification of severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) as part of the Primary Immune Deficiency Treatment Consortium\u27s (PIDTC\u27s) prospective and retrospective studies of SCID.
OBJECTIVE: Because of the advent of newborn screening for SCID and expanded availability of genetic sequencing, revision of the PIDTC 2014 Criteria was needed.
METHODS: We developed and tested updated PIDTC 2022 SCID Definitions by analyzing 379 patients proposed for prospective enrollment into Protocol 6901, focusing on the ability to distinguish patients with various SCID subtypes.
RESULTS: According to PIDTC 2022 Definitions, 18 of 353 patients eligible per 2014 Criteria were considered not to have SCID, whereas 11 of 26 patients ineligible per 2014 Criteria were determined to have SCID. Of note, very low numbers of autologous T cells (\u3c0.05 × 10
