Abstract

本发明属于单细胞油脂及生物柴油生产技术领域，特别涉及一种同步式提高产油微藻的生物量和产脂量的方法。取对数生长期的产油微藻，培养至添加有碳源和/或氮源的无菌添加液的液体培养基中，在温度为18-35℃，转速为100-200rpm，光照强度为0-150μmol?m-2s-1连续光照的摇床中振荡培养6-40天。其中，添加有碳源和/或氮源的添加液的液体培养基中培养过程中再次添加无菌添加液。本发明将产油微藻的生长过程和产脂过程通过交替、循环的控制模式进行技术集成，既能提高藻细胞浓度，同时又能高效产脂，一举两得。无需更换培养基组合物，无需全营养养料分批供应，无需实时计算调整养料流加速率，不但操作简单，而且大大地降低了生产成本
