Educação em saúde: discursos, práticas e desafios

Abstract

Health education processes include ways in which the interaction between health professionals and the population occurs, considering the ways in which individuals act in their daily lives, guided by the social and cultural contexts in which they are inserted, in conjunction with experiences that are both collective and singular. The objective of this study was to problematize educational aspects involving mothers of premature newborns during hospitalization in the neonatal ICU. This is a qualitative research. The tympanization method was chosen as the path to be followed and the transcreation workshop (OsT) as the research strategy. Carrying out the OsT, as a practice that favors creative processes and co-participation, allowed the dissemination of meanings about health education in the ICU. As a chain of supplements, health education is considered an artistic act, with possibilities of bringing the unprecedented and the protagonism of all those involved.Os processos educativos em saúde compreendem formas através das quais ocorre a interação entre o profissional de saúde e a população, considerando-se os modos de agir dos indivíduos no cotidiano pautados pelos contextos social e cultural nos quais estão inseridos, em articulação com vivências tão coletivas quanto singulares. Objetivou-se, com este estudo, problematizar aspectos educativos que envolvem as mães de RNs prematuros durante a hospitalização na UTI neonatal. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa. Optou-se pelo método de timpanização como trilha a ser percorrida e pela oficina de transcriação (OsT) como estratégia de investigação. A realização da OsT, como prática favorecedora de processos criadores e da coparticipação, permitiu a disseminação de sentidos sobre a educação em saúde na UTI. Como cadeia de suplementos tem-se um educar em saúde tomado como um agir artístico, com possibilidades de trazer o inédito e o protagonismo de todos os envolvidos
