This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work experience, and emotional intelligence on auditor performance at Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in Palembang City. The data used in this study is primary data. The population in this study includes all auditors working at Public Accounting Firms in Palembang City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in 56 respondents. Hypothesis testing was conducted using descriptive statistical analysis, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing, with data processing carried out using SPSS 25 software. The results of this research indicate that work experience has a positive effect on auditor performance, work motivation and emotional intelligence have no effect on auditor performance
