Abstract

This capstone project delves into the critical need for diversity awareness in early childhood education, particularly focusing on preschool-aged children. The project outlines a comprehensive three-step diversity-based curriculum plan designed for Transitional Kindergarten (TK) children aged 4-5, implemented at Moreland Notre Dame School in Watsonville, California, a predominantly Hispanic community.
