Analisis Nilai Tambah Agroindustri Kelor (Studi Kasus Di CV Tri Utami Jaya Kota Mataram)

Abstract

Moringa plants contain active chemicals and complete nutrition so that Moringa plants are one of the most versatile vegetable plants. Moringa leaves are an extraordinary nutritional source of Vitamins A and C, especially beta-carotene. The aim of the research is to find out how much added value the processing of Moringa leaves into Moringa leaf agro-industrial products is. The research area was taken using purposive sampling, namely CV. Tri Utami Jaya Mataram City. This company was used as a research location because it is the largest moringa industry in West Nusa Tenggara Province. Data collection was carried out in November-December 2023. The processed leaf products studied included KIDOM moringa tea bags and morika coffee easy. The analysis method uses hayami value added analysis. The research results show that the added value of the moringa agroindustry into KIDOM moringa tea bag products is IDR. 225,115/kg, with a value ratio of 90.5%. The added value of the morikai coffee easy product is IDR. 229,9400/kg with a value added ratio of 95.81%, so the more raw materials needed in each production process, the more capital is spent to meet raw material needs in fulfilling the production process to become finished product materials.Tanaman kelor mempunyai kandungan bahan kimia aktif dan nutrisi lengkap sehinga tanaman kelor sebagai salah satu tanaman sayuran yang serbaguna. Daun kelor adalah sumber nutrisi Vitamin A dan C yang sangat luar biasa, terutama betakaroten. Tujuan dari peneltian adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar nilai tambah (added value) pengolahan daun kelor menjadi produk agroindustri daun kelor. Pengambilan daerah penelitian secara purposive sampling yaitu CV. Tri Utami Jaya Kota Mataram. Perusahaan ini dijadikan lokasi penelitian karena satu-satunya industri kelor terbesar di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Pengambilan data dilaksanaan pada Bulan Nopember-Desember 2023. Produk olahan daun yang diteliti meliputi teh celup moringa KIDOM dan morika coffe easy. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis nilai tambah hayami. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai tambah dari agroindustri kelor menjadi produk teh celup moringa KIDOM sebesar Rp. 225.115/kg, dengan rasio nilai sebesar 90,5%. Nilai tambah pada produk morikai coffe easy sebesar Rp. 229.9400/kg dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 95,81%, jadi semakin banyak bahan baku yang dibutuhkan dalam setiap proses produksi, semakin banyak modal yang dikeluarkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bahan baku dalam memenuhi proses produksi menjadi bahan produk jadi
