Repair of turbine circuit blades by plasma ARC welding
Abstract
Tema obrađena u ovom radu odnosi se na proces sanacije pukotina na lopaticama Pelton turbinskog kola. Prikazan je način nastanka oštećenja na lopaticama, navedene su metode provjere površinskih i dubinskih pukotina te je prikazan način sanacije istih. Nakon sanacije se vrši završna obrada površine te provjera zavarenih djelova.The topic addressed in this paper relates to the process of repairing cracks on Pelton turbine blade. The way damages occur on the blades is presented, methods for inspecting surface and subsurface cracks are mentioned, and the repair procedure is illustrated.
