Prosiding Seminar Internasional Peluang dan Tantangan Perguruan Tinggi di Era Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0
Abstract
Perubahan dunia makin cepat tak terelakkan. Mengharuskan semua komponen beradaptasi dan memitigasi berbagai tantangan di depan. Tak terkecuali perguruan tinggi Islam sebagai entitas penggerak perubahan sosial masyarakat. Dalam menjalankan mandat dan perannya, perguruan tinggi Islam menghadapi banyak tantangan meskipun tersedia peluang prospektif yang menjanjikan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjawab dua persoalan penting yang dihadapi perguruan tinggi Islam. Pertama, bagaimana melakukan adaptasi kurikulum perguruan tinggi Islam agar relevan dengan kebutuhan pengembangan ilmu, dunia industri dan masa depan lulusan Perguruan Tinggi. Kedua, bagaimana mendesain kurikulum program studi ilmu keagamaan agar tetap relevan dan diminati di era society 5.0. Artikel ini menggunakan model pengambilan data secara kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan (library research) dan pendekatan filosofis. Artikel ini menghasilkan dua hal yaitu, adaptasi kurikulum perguruan tinggi Islam dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan paradigma pendidikan yang pro keterbukaan terhadap perubahan dan keragaman multikompleks, serta mendesain kurikulum yang mengakomodir penguasaan kompetensi abad 21 (creative, communicative, critical thinking, collaboration) termasuk mengintegrasikan artificial intelligent (AI) dalam semua mata kuliah serta nilai-nilai universalitas yang menjadi acuan global dengan tetap menonjolkan identitas diri yang kuat.Kata kunci: Kreatifitas, adaptasi kurikulum, society 5.0AbstractWorld change is increasingly rapid and inevitable. In carrying out its mandate and role, Islamic universities face many challenges even though promising prospective opportunities are available. This article aims to answer two important problems facing Islamic universities. First, how to adapt the Islamic higher education curriculum so that it is relevant to the needs of scientific development, the industrial world and the future of higher education graduates. Second, how to design the religious studies program curriculum so that it remains relevant and popular in the era of society 5.0. This article uses a qualitative data collection model with library research and a philosophical approach. This article produces two things, namely, adapting the Islamic higher education curriculum by integrating an educational paradigm that supports openness to change and multi-complex diversity, as well as designing a curriculum that accommodates the mastery of 21st century competencies (creative, communicative, critical thinking, collaboration) including integrating artificial intelligence ( AI) in all subjects as well as universal values that are a global reference while still highlighting a strong self-identity.Keywords: Creativity, curriculum adaptation, society 5.
