Pengaruh Lokasi Usaha Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi usaha terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pasar Oeba Kota Kupang. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dari 100 responden yang dipilih secara acak. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif lokasi terhadap minat beli konsumen. Semakin strategis lokasi Pasar Oeba, semakin tinggi minat konsumen untuk berbelanja di pasar tersebut. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa lokasi berperan penting dalam meningkatkan minat beli konsumen di Pasar Oeba Kota Kupang. This study aims to analyze the influence of business location on consumer buying interest in Oeba Traditional Market, Kupang City. A quantitative approach was used in this study. Primary data was collected through questionnaires from 100 randomly selected respondents. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis. The results showed that there is a positive influence of location on consumer buying interest. The more strategic the location of Oeba Market, the higher the consumer interest to shop at the market. This study concludes that location plays an important role in increasing consumer buying interest in Oeba Traditional Market, Kupang City
