THE EFFECT OF TEACHER CERTIFICATION ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE IN SD INPRES BACU – BACU, TANETE RILAU DISTRICT, BARRU REGENCY

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Gruru Certification on Teacher Performance in SD INPRES BACU - BACU and to determine the factors that hinder Teacher Performance and the method used is quantitative methods. Sources of data are questionnaires, interviews, direct observation and documentation. Data Analysis Using SPSS version 16 for windows. The results of the study resulted in valid instrument values from all the questionnaires because r Table <r Count or significance value <0.05 then it was declared valid. Regression and Hypothesis analysis tests obtained a significance/probability value of 0.028 <0.05, so the significance value is below 0.05, so it is concluded that Teacher Certification has an influence on Teacher Performance. As for what affects teacher performance is internal factors, namely teacher motivation in teaching and external factors, namely support from parents or society.
