Abstract

El plan estratégico que se presenta busca encaminar a la corporación para cumplir con este objetivo y se ha basado en herramientas clave, como el análisis interno, externo, matriz FODA, matriz BCG y las diferentes estrategias de marketing y análisis de la cadena de valor que le permitirán hacer más eficiente la producción, logística y hará que llegue al público objetivo. Finalmente, se muestran los resultados que se proyectan obtener en los indicadores financieros, producto de la implementación de la estrategia, consiguiendo un ROA del 27,26 %, un ROE del 35,50 %, un ROS del 26,27 %, y un EBITDA del 54,05 %; por otro lado, en función a los objetivos de sostenibilidad, recursos humanos, I+D y planes de producción, se logrará la eficiencia requerida para seguir encaminándose para ser una empresa sólida en este mercado y ofrecer un valor agregado a los stakeholders.The strategic plan presented here seeks to put the company on track to achieve this objective, based on key tools such as internal and external analysis, the SWOT matrix, the BCG matrix, different marketing strategies, and a value chain analysis that will help improve production and logistics efficiency while reaching the target public. Finally, the predicted results for the financial indicators are presented in the case that this strategy is implemented, with an expected ROA of 27.26 %, an ROE of 35.50 %, an ROS of 26.27 %, and an EBITDA of 54.05 %. These sustainability, human resources, and R&D objectives and production plans will ensure the efficiency required to continue on the path toward becoming a solid company in this market able to offer added value to its stakeholders
