Abstract

The present study addresses the Institute of Profit Sharing and the substantial changes arising from Law No. 14.020/2020. Thus, it presents, as a problem, the changes brought by this law and the comparison with CARF\u27s jurisprudence, pointing out eventual changes that may occur in the understanding of this agency.O presente trabalho aborda o instituto da Participação nos Lucros ou Resultados e as substanciais alterações advindas da Lei n.º 14.020/2020. Assim, apresenta, como problema, as próprias alterações trazidas por essa lei e a comparação com a jurisprudência do CARF, apontando eventuais mudanças que poderão ocorrer no entendimento desse órgão
