Abstract
The land for Versailles State Park was acquired by the National Park Service in 1935. During the Great Depression Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) workers lived and worked on the site at the beginning of the park’s development. It became a state park in 1943.Ripley County JourneSimilar works
