PENGARUH KOMPENSASI IKLIM MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PENJASKES SMP DI BANDAR LAMPUNG

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, working climate and work motivation on the performance of physical education teachers of SMP in Bandar Lampung either partially or simultaneously. This research was a quantitative approach, by taking a sample of 60 physical education teachers in Bandar Lampung.Data were collected by questionnaire.Analysis of data was using path analysis. The results of this study indicated that compensation significantly affect the performance of physical education teachers.Working climate significantly affect the performance of physical education teachers. Motivation significantly affect the performance of physical education teachers.Compensation, work climate and motivation simultaneously have significant impacts on physical education teacher performance of SMP in Bandar Lampung.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, iklim kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru penjaskes SMP di Bandar Lampung baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan mengambil sampel 60 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru penjaskes. Iklim kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru penjaskes. Motivasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru penjaskes. Kompensasi, iklim kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru penjaskes SMP di Bandar Lampung.Kata kunci: kompensasi, iklim, motivasi, kinerja gur
