PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, BUDAYA KERJA DAN KOMITMEN KERJA TERHADAP PROFESIONALISME GURU

Abstract

This study aimed to identify and examine the influence of principal leadership, work culture and work commitment toward teacher professionalism at junior high school in sumberejo sub district tanggamus regency. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques by using questionnaire. To test the hypothesis, it used path analisys. The population were 64, in sampling used stratified proportional random sampling. These results indicated that there is a significant influence of school leadership in the professionalism of teachers with 0.840, the work culture influence with 0.913, the work commitment influence with 0,900, the principal leadership influence to work commitment with 0,925, the work culture influence with 0,917, the principal leadership influence with 0,395, the work culture influence to professionalism with 0,857, the principal leadership influence to work culture which directly influence the professionalism with 0,654, the principal leadership influence to work culture which directly influence work commitment with 0,760.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya kerja dan komitmen kerja terhadap profesionalisme guru di smp negeri kecamatan sumberejo kabupaten tanggamus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 64 orang, dalam pengambilan sampel digunakan stratified proportional random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalisme guru sebesar 0,840, pengaruh budaya kerja sebesar 0,913, pengaruh komitmen kerja sebesar 0,900, pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap komitmen kerja sebesar 0,925, pengaruh budaya kerja sebesar 0,917, pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebesar 0,395, pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap profesionalisme sebesar 0,857, pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap budaya kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap profesionalisme sebesar 0,654, pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap budaya kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen kerja yaitu 0,760.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, profesionalisme, budaya kerja, komitmen kerj
