In terms of agricultural extension services, extension workers play a role as a determinant of changes in farmer behavior in the development of farming, because the counselor guides the farmers directly to produce behavioral changes to farmers as expected. So the extension worker needs to be a concern for the government. So the purpose of this research is to analyze the role of organizational culture to the motivation of agricultural extension in North Luwu. The data used comes from primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to agricultural extension workers in North Luwu and interviews. While the secondary data obtained through various literature. Respondents in this study amounted to 122 agricultural extension workers with census method in 8 subdistricts in North Luwu. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results show that organizational culture influences the motivation of extension workers in North Luwu. The better the application of organizational culture then the motivation of agricultural extension will also increase.
