Abstract

Bez pomorskoputničkog prometa ne bi bila moguća globalna povezanost. Pomoću njega, omogućen je ekonomski razvitak diljem kugle zemaljske, čineći ga najvažnijom pomorskom djelatnošću. Za dobro poslovanje i razvoj pomorskoputničkih luka i njezin stalni napredak, u obzir uzimamo i razvitak gospodarskih djelatnosti kao što su turizam, promet i ostale uslužne djelatnosti koje se nude putnicima, odnosno turistima. Oni predstavljaju bitne faktore o kojima ovisi budućnost i uspješnost poslovanja pomorskoputničkih luka. U lučkom poslovanju, ekonomski pokazatelji izračunavaju se prema postavkama ekonomike prometa, uz određene promjene zbog iznimnosti lučke djelatnosti. Pošto temeljni financijski izvještaji ne daju dovoljno informacija pomoću kojih se može donijeti kvalitetna ocjena stanja i poslovanja poduzeća pomorskoputničkog prometa, koriste se i ostali ekonomski pokazatelji i indikatori. Oni se koriste u postizanju boljih poslovnih odluka i samim time boljeg rezultata poslovanja pomorskoputničkih luka. To su pokazatelji ekonomičnosti, profitabilnosti, investiranja, zaduženosti, likvidnosti, aktivnosti i ostali. Za pozitivno poslovanje pomorskoputničkih luka potrebno je da menadžment poduzeća kvalitetno raspolaže s gospodarskim resursima poduzeća, financijskom politikom, temeljnim financijskim izvještajima te ekonomskim pokazateljima razvoja i uspješnosti poslovanja pomorskoputničkog poduzeća.There would be no global connectivity without maritime traffic. For the good operation and development of the port and its continuous improvement, the development of economic activities is taken into consideration, such as tourism, traffic and other service activities offered to passengers or tourists. They represent important factors that depend on the future and success of the maritime port operations. In port operations, economic indicators are calculated according to the economic traffice conditions, with some changes due to the exceptional nature of the port activity. Since the underlying financial statements do not provide enough information for a quality assessment of the state of affairs and operations of the maritime traffic company, other economic indicators are used. They are used to achive better business decisions and thereby better performance of the maritime passenger port. These are indicators of economy, profitability, investment, indebtedness, liquidity, activity and others. For the positive operations of the port of call, it is necessary that the management of the enterprise dispose good with econimic resources, finacial policy, financial statemenst and economic indicators of the development and performance of the maritime passenger company
