Abstract

<p>Aβ1–40 and Aβ1–42 peptides were analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in N2a-SwedAPP cell lysates 48 h after addition of (A) RC or CP; (B) RS; (C) HLJDT or HLJDT-M; or (D) berberine or baicalein. Bars represent mean±S.E.M. of the level of intracellular Aβ1–40 or Aβ1–42 peptides in three experiments relative to DMSO control (untreated).
