Phylogenetic analysis based on clock and cycle/Bmal sequences.
Abstract
<p>The tree was generated by Maximum Likelihood method using Mega 6 program and based on the multiple alignments performed with Clustal Omega. Percentage of bootstraps based on 1,000 replicates were indicated with only values > 50%. Hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) from <i>C</i>. <i>gigas</i> was used as outgroup to root the tree.
