PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH, DANA BAGI HASIL, DANA ALOKASI UMUM, DAN DANA ALOKASI KHUSUS TERHADAP BELANJA DAERAH BIDANG PENDIDIKAN PADA KABUPATEN/KOTA DI PROVINSI ACEH

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Local Revenue, Revenue Sharing, General Allocation Fund, and the Special Allocation Fund Regional Expenditure significant effect on education in districts / municipalities in the province either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study is the district / city governments in Aceh 2011-2013. This study uses secondary data Realization Report Budget Regional District / City Government in Aceh with total sample of 61 observations. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression with partial test, simultaneous testing and coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially Regional Income and Special Allocation Fund have a significant effect but with a negative direction, while Revenue Sharing and Special Allocation Fund significant influence in a positive direction to the field of education at the Regional Shopping districts / municipalities in the province. Simultaneously variable Local Revenue, Revenue Sharing, General Allocation Fund, and the Special Allocation Fund significantly influence educational Regional Shopping Shopping in the Regency / City in the province.Keywords: Education Regional Shopping, Local Revenue, Revenue Sharing, General Allocation Fund, and the Special Allocation Fund.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Bagi Hasil, Dana Alokasi Umum, dan Dana Alokasi Khusus berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Belanja Daerah bidang pendidikan pada Kabupaten/Kota di provinsi Aceh baik secara parsial maupunsecara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pada Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota di Aceh tahun 2011-2013.Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa LaporanRealisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota di Aceh ddengan total sampel 61 pengamatan.Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakanregresi linier berganda dengan uji parsial, uji simultan dan koefisiendeterminasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsialPendapatan Asli Daerah dan Dana Alokasi Khusus berpengaruh signifikan namun denganarah negatif, sementaraDana Bagi Hasil dan Dana Alokasi Umum berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah positif terhadap Belanja Daerah bidang pendidikan pada Kabupaten/Kota di provinsi Aceh. Secara simultan variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah,Dana Bagi Hasil, Dana Alokasi Umum, dan Dana Alokasi Khusus berpengaruh signifikan terhadapBelanja Belanja Daerah bidang pendidikan pada Kabupaten/Kota di provinsi Aceh.Kata Kunci : Belanja Daerah Bidang PendidikanPendapatan Asli Daerah, DanaBagi Hasil, Dana Alokasi Umum, dan Dana Alokasi Khusus
