Property, its protection in administration of public authority activities according to the building act

Abstract

Práce se zabývá otázkami vlastnictví obecně a aspekty jeho limitace. Jsou popsány činnosti dle stavebního zákona a je rozpracována limitace vlastnictví dle stavebního zákona. Cílem práce je analyzovat možnosti ochrany vlastnických práv na podkladě stavebního zákona. V práci jsou také popsány některé změny přicházející s novým kodexem občanského práva.Katedra občanského právaObhájenoThe thesis is explaining the general questions about property and its aspects of limitation. There are described some public authority activities and limitations of the property rights according to the building act. Goal of this thesis is to analyze possibilities of property rights protection on the background of the building act. In the text there are described some innovations between the new civil code and the old one
