Abstract

V rámci této práce jsou popsány způsoby, jak začít s podnikáním, zhodnocení těchto variant a následné vybrání nejlepší z nich, která je vhodná pro zamýšlený podnikatelský záměr. Podstatná část bakalářské práce se věnuje založení konkrétního podnikatelského subjektu. Je zde vyhodnocena analýza odvětví, kde podnik bude působit a potenciální zákazníci, na které se nabídka společnosti specializuje. Důležitým bodem je vypracování plánů společnosti, které ukazují, zda by podnik měl v reálné situaci na trhu šanci a za jak dlouho by začal být úspěšným subjektem.Katedra podnikové ekonomiky a managementuObhájenoIn this work describes the ways to start a business, evaluate these options and then select the best of them, which is suitable for the intended business plan. A substantial part of the thesis deals with the establishment of a specific business entity. There is evaluated analysis of the sector where the company will operate and potential customers to whom the offer of the company specializes. The important point is the development of plans that show whether the company would be in a real situation on the market opportunity and how long it would be a successful organization
