Abstract

The Intendant of Marine in Le Havre asked whether or not Ruellan and Company had recieved a letter back from Jefferson concerning their previous letter regarding Colonel Silas Talbot's two sons in Brest; Ruellan and Company requests Jefferson's reply; enclose a letter received from Les Trois Frères, a ship which just arrived from Boston carrying grain, flour and beef.College of William and Mary.
