Calibration of the TonoLab Tonometer in Mice with Spontaneous or Experimental Glaucoma

Abstract

Measurements of intraocular pressure were made in normal and glaucomatous mice with the TonoLab tonometer, comparing its reading when pressures were set manometrically from 10 to 50 mm Hg. The TonoLab accurately reflected the set pressure, with a slight overestimation of 1 to 3 mm Hg
