On the use of intangible assets management in PSS projects

Abstract

International audiencePSS is a business model that support both industrial and societal transition towards sustainability under certain conditions. It requires innovations in multiple dimensions at the company within its value constellation and at the territorial level. This communication presents a draft for the integration of intangible assets management into PSS project to support decision during the design and operation of a PSS project. The PSS project network, the territory and the institutional framework are assessed thanks to an extended intangible scorecard. This framework is applied on an industrial case study
