State financial stimulation of development of the venture entrepreneurship: the current situation and ways to improve

У статті з'ясована економічна сутність венчурного підприємництва та його основних суб'єктів – венчурних підприємств та компаній (фондів) венчурного капіталу. З урахуванням специфіки їх діяльності та особливостей створеного мікроклімату в сфері венчурного бізнесу визначений комплекс державних заходів щодо фінансової підтримки та сприяння розвитку основних учасників венчурних схем.The article describes the economic essence of the venture enterprise and its main actors: the venture capital firms and companies (funds) of the venture capital. Considering specificity of their activities and features created microclimate, in the venture business defined set of national measures on financial support and promotion of major modern venture capital schemes
