Three activities aimed to develop students interculturally when teaching a foreign language

Abstract

The article outlines and elucidates the activities aimed at developing the cross-cultural competence while running the courses in English for Specific Purposes. The above mentioned activities represent a variety of approaches to teaching and assessing intercultural competence based on recognized theoretical frameworks on interculturality
