Abstract

У статті розглянуто сучасні технології корпоративної системи професійної освіти, досліджено сучасні підходи до організації корпоративної системи освіти, визначено їх переваги та недоліки, запропоновано етапи еволюції та окреслено перспективи подальшого розвитку корпоративного навчання в Україні.The article deals with the modern corporate system of professional education technologies, studies modern approaches to setting corporate education, identifies their strengths and weaknesses, suggests stages of evolution and outlines the prospects for further development of corporate training in Ukraine.
