Public-private Partnership in Ukraine: the Problems of Terminology and Statistics

Abstract

Проаналізовано співвідношення понять державно-приватного та публічно-приватного партнерства. Проаналізовано ситуацію невідповідності статистичного відображення процесів ППП в Україні українській дійсності. Сформульовано власне визначення поняття ППП на основі аналізу численних визначень цього поняття.It was determined common and different points of two different definitions of public-private partnerships. It was analyzed the situation with discrepancy between PPP statistical data and real situation in Ukraine. It was done the proprietary formulation of PPP based on the analysis of many PPP definitions
