Rechercher les émissions de neutrinos GRB selon le modèle photosphérique avec le télescope ANTARES

The possible evidence of neutrino emission in correspondence of this GRB will give important constrains on the emission mechanisms of gamma ray bursts and it will give an indication of which emission model is most promising.A very recent and widely discussed GRB emission mechanism is the so-called photospheric model. It is very promising because it provides an explanation of some measured features of the gamma ray bursts that are not expected according to previous models. The photo-spheric model predicts a sensible neutrino emission in an energetic range a couple of order of magnitude lower with respect to the classical models.In this thesis a completely innovative method of research has been proposed and dedicated tools have ben developed to enhance the ANTARES sensitivity in the energetic range predicted by the photospheric model (50 GeV and 104 GeV). For the first time the data sample of unfiltered data registered in correspondence of a gamma ray burst has been used in an ANTARES physics analysis.The sensitivity of the detector is improved using a dedicated directional trigger and a special reconstruction algorithm optimized at lower energies. As a result, this analysis has enhanced the sensitivity up to a factor 2 for energies between 100 GeV and 1 TeV.This analysis did not yield to a measure of a neutrino flux in correspondence of GRB130427A and GRB130505A, but it allowed to set an upper limit on the neutrino flux from the gamma ray burst in a energetic range which fits the predictions of the most recent GRBs emission models.Le sujet de thèse est la recherche de source de neutrino liées a de grands sursauts de rayonnement gamma avec le télescope à neutrino ANTARES.Les sursauts de rayonnement gamma (Gamma Ray Burst, GRB) font partie des phénomènes astrophysique les plus violent jamais observés. Caractérisés per l'émission d'une brève impulsión de photons gamma, les GRB sont aujourd'hui également considérés comme l'une des meilleures sources potentielles de neutrinos. Le mise en évidence d'un tel flux de neutrinos donnerait des informations inédites et capitales sue le mécanismes d'accélération des rayon cosmiques. La thèse envisage la mise en évidence de tels sursauts GRB dans le cadre du modèle dit photosphérique.La thèse obtient des limites supérieurs moyennes dans un gamme d'énergie qui n'étaient pas encore inexplorée par le télescope ANTARES auparavant. Ceci grâce à la conjonction du flux de neutrino attendu dans la cadre du modèle photosphérique des GRB mais aussi éléments spécifiques développés dans cette thèse
