COMPARATIVE STUDY OF 6-CHLOROPURINE AND 6-MERCAPTOPURINE IN ACUTE LEUKEMIA IN ADULTS *

Abstract

T H E results of comparing two consecutive series of adults with acute leukemia treated either with 6-mercaptopurine (6MP) or 6-chloropurine ( 6 C P) 1 suggested that both drugs behave similarly in many respects (table 1). That the action of these drugs would be similar in the human wa
