Earth probe total ozone mapping spectrometer (TOMS): data products user's guide

Abstract

This document is a guide to the data products derived from the measurements made by the Earth Probe Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer (EP/TOMS), and processed by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). It discusses the calibration of the instrument, the algorithm used to derive ozone values from the measurements, uncertainties in the data, and the organization of the data products.
