Ralph Neas is one of America\u27s premier civil rights leaders. As executive director of the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights, he presides over a coalition of more than 185 civil rights groups. In that capacity, he helped lead the campaign to block the nomination of Judge Robert Bork to the U.S. Supreme Court, and has led the efforts on behalf of the Civil Rights Act of 1990
