IMPLEMENTASI DECISION TREE PADA PENENTUAN KEHANDALAN UTILITAS BANGUNAN GEDUNG

Abstract

Decision tree is a classification and prediction methods are very powerful. This method can transform very large data into a decision that is a representation of a rule. With this rule will be easier to understand the natural language of this study will implement a decision tree algorithm for calculating the reliability assessment of utility buildings. To obtain a decision tree using the tools RapidMiner 5.3.013. Assessment of data utility building with *.xls format imported into RapidMiner to be changed in the format *.csv. then this data will be processed using the decision tree modeling. The result is an image tree, as a basis for the establishment of rules if ... then. This rule is then applied in the design of information systems by using the programming language PHP. The results of this system is the statement "RELIABLE" when the value is greater than or equal to 95 or "NOT RELIABLE" if its value is less than 95.
