HIGH RESOLUTION INFRARED SPECTRUM OF $SiH_{3}D$

Author Institution: Chemistry Department, Lehigh University; Chemistry Department, Lehigh University; Chemistry Department, National Bureau of StandardsThe infrared $\nu_{2} , \nu_{3}, \nu_{5}$ and $\nu_{6}$ bands of $^{28}$SiH$_{3} D$ have been recorded at a spectral resolution of $0.004 cm^{-1}$. Approximately 2400 lines have been assigned. The results will be discussed with emphasis being given to values for the ground state constants of this molecule. Several perturbation allowed transitions have been identified, covering a wide range in K, permitting a precise determination of the parameters $A_{o} -B_{o}$ and $D^{K}_{o}$
