Abstract
Photograph of the exterior of an Indian bath house in Palm Springs, ca.1920. There are signs on both sides of the bath house; they are not identical, but both read "Time Limit 20 Min do not use soap". The palm tree encircled-house itself is plaster-covered with wood paneling towards the top and there are steps leading to a door below ground level on the right side of the building, while on the left there is a wall that is leaning at an angle. In front of the bath house are several large palm trees, growing close together in such a way that it appears that there are two trees with multiple trunks
