Use of concept of feed safety in the manufacturing plant

Abstract

V letu 2010 sem v tovarni močnih krmil spremljala proizvodnjo močnih krmil, s poudarkom na proizvodnji varne krme s sistemom HACCP. Cilj je bil spoznati uporabo sistema HACCP v proizvodnji, način določanja kritičnih kontrolnih točk in kontrolnih točk, ter ukrepov nosilca dejavnosti v primerih prekoračitve dovoljenih parametrov kakovosti in varnosti. Dopolnili smo načrt HACCP z našim predlogom za izboljšanje, tako da smo predlagali dve novi kontrolni točki, in sicer mletje in mešanje. V tovarni močnih krmil smo opravili test homogenosti in navzkrižne kontaminacije po metodi dodanega barvila metil violet, ki je obvezna za vsako proizvodno linijo enkrat letno.In 2010 I was at a factory of concentrated feed materials monitoring the process of manufacturing concentrated feed materials with emphasis on the production of safe feed with a HACCP system. The aim was to learn how the HACCP system is used in production, find out how critical control points and control points are set and learn about measures of the operator in case if allowed parameters of quality and safety are being exceeded. We have supplemented the HACCP plan whit our proposal for improvement by suggesting two new control points, grinding and mixing. At the factory of concentrated feed materials we have also tested homogeneity and cross-contamination by using the method of added methyl violet dye. This method is required for each production line every year
