FINDING OUT PERSONAL, GROUP AND ORGANISATIONAL NEEDS IN COMPANY

Abstract

Zadovoljevanje osebnih, skupinskih in organizacijskih potreb je ključ do uspešnega poslovanja organizacije. Zadovoljni in motivirani zaposleni so glavni vir obstoja organizacije. Na trgu obstaja veliko potreb, te potrebe pa se s časom spreminjajo. Pomembno je, da se posamezniki in organizacije prilagajajo potrebam, ki nastajajo in jih tudi zadovoljujejo. Potrebe se razlikujejo med samimi potrebami v organizaciji in potrebami zaposlenih. Za uspešno poslovanje je potrebno medsebojno prilagajanje in poznavanje potreb. Če so potrebe zadovoljene, se občuti tudi zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Samo zadovoljni posamezniki uspešno prispevajo k rasti, razvoju, napredku in samo uspešni posameznik bo lahko učinkovit. Poznamo veliko načinov, kako lahko merimo zadovoljstvo, eden izmed teh je tudi vprašalnik za merjenje zadovoljstva. Iz njega, glede na skupno povprečno vrednost, izvemo, kakšna je stopnja zadovoljstva zaposlenih. Motivacijske teorije opredeljujejo potrebe ljudi. Vsaka teorija ni primerna za vsako organizacijo. Organizacije, teorije izbirajo glede na profil zaposlenih. Poznamo veliko načinov, s katerimi motiviramo zaposlene. Spodbujamo jih lahko z nagrajevanjem (denarno in nedenarno), s pohvalami, s čestitanjem za dosežke, z izkazovanjem zaupanja, z motivacijskimi karticami, … itd.Meeting personal, group and organizational needs is the key to successful business of an organization. Contented and motivated employees are the main source of organization’s existence. A lot of needs exist on the market, which change over time. It is important that individuals and organizations adapt to the needs that arise and for them to meet these needs. The needs in organization differ from the needs of employees. If the needs are satisfied, you can feel the employee satisfaction. Only contented individuals contribute to the growth, development, progress and only a successful individual will be effective. We know a lot of methods with which we measure satisfaction and one of these is also a questionnaire for measuring satisfaction. From it, according to the average value, we learn the level of employee satisfaction. Motivational theories determine the needs of people. Every theory is not suitable for every organization. Organizations choose theories according to the profile of their employees. We know a lot of methods to motivate employees. We can stimulate them by rewarding them (financially or non-financially), by complimenting them, by congratulating them for their accomplishments, by demonstrating confidence in them, by using motivational cards, etc
