A study on the annealing treatment of CaSO4:Dy:Mn (1:4) thermoluminescence phosphor

[[abstract]]The annealing properties of CaSO4:Dy:Mn phosphor with a dopant concentration ratio Dy to Mn of 1:4 were investigated by studying the residual thermoluminescence (TL), TL sensitivity, TL glow curve and the peak height ratio of the two peaks in the glow curve at different annealing treatments. Is is found that 350°C to 400°C for 30 min is the optimum temperature and time in pre-irradiation annealing treatment for its low residual TL and stable TL characteristics[[fileno]]2060101010041[[department]]工程與系統科學
