以駕駛模擬器探討駕駛前後生理參數之變化 (Part 2); Variation in Physiological Parameters Before and After a Simulated Driving Task (Part 2)

[[abstract]]本研究主要探討上午、下午及晚上時段在室內靜態模擬駕駛環境下駕駛任務前後生理參數的變化,藉由新型腕式生理監視器-心律大師(ANSWatch®)及體溫計共量測包括血壓、心搏率、心率變異及手掌溫等 11 項生理參數。結果顯示不同時段生理參數之變化趨勢有所差異;從上午結果知,由於連續駕駛使得下半身靜脈血液迴流不良,造成體溫、心搏率等下降,但因受測者精神飽滿,體內自律神經啟動交感以維持身體的血壓之恆定狀態;但到了下午及晚上身體並未啟動交感,而是啟動副交感進入休息昏睡狀態,收縮壓因而顯著下降,增加駕駛意外的風險,因此藉由本研究多重生理參數的量測可了解身體維持恆定的程度,並在未來將偏離恆定狀態的程度定量為駕駛疲勞或昏睡指標之一。; The objective of study was to monitor physiological parameters before and after indoor simulated driving task conducted in the morning, afternoon, and evening sessions. Blood pressures, heartbeat, and heart rate variability were measured using a new wrist monitor ANSWatch® based upon radial pulse waves. Distinct trends were found among three driving sessions. For morning, driving action accompanied by lower body poor circulation caused decrease in palm temperatures and heart rate, but blood pressures was maintained by activation of sympathetic nervous system. In contrast, systolic pressure was lowered in the afternoon and evening sessions. Para-sympathetic (rather than sympathetic) nerve was activated prompting the body to enter a sleepy state, which greatly increases driving accident risks. The measurement of physiological parameters in the study had gained great insight into mechanisms of homeostasis and provides foundation in the future work to quantify driving fatigue based upon degree of deviation from homeostatic states[[fileno]]2020415030001[[department]]工工
