Optisches Spektrometer

Abstract

An optical spectrometer has several light-emitting diodes (33 - 37) acting as the illuminating device for a transilluminated microcuvette (5). The light passing through the substance in the microcuvette (5) is detected by means of a diode arrangement (29). The monochromator device of the spectrometer consists of several integrated optical acoustically controllable wavelength filters (47 - 49) which are electronically tunable
