Abstract

The D1.2.1 Assessment of methodologies, normative, standards and guidelines for sustainability of buildings at national, European and International level is a public document delivered in the context of WP1, Task 1.2: Analysis of existing methodologies, normative, standards and guidelines related to the sustainability of buildings with regard to develop the OPEN HOUSE methodology's baseline. This document is about the review of the current status of the development of international standards (e.g. TC59/SC 17, CEN/TC 350), global initiatives (e.g. SB Alliance, iiSBE) and international methodologies (e.g. LEED, DGNB) targeting the assessment of sustainable buildings. Furthermore, information of all the different approaches of sustainable buildings will be collected, analysed and evaluated. Similarities will be worked out and gaps identified. Based on the results the OPEN HOUSE methodology's baseline can be defined
