Criteria evaluation considering the current time used by a genetic scheduling algorithm for changeover and tardiness reduction


The evaluation of iterative schedulers like genetic algorithms depends on different criteria like tardiness of jobs, changeover time, capacity load etc. The value of these criteria depends not on the current time. But for a person who is responsible for production scheduling capacity overload tomorrow is more important than in two month for example.
