Anne Hudson writes a letter of concern to the Coos Bay librarian, Carol Ventgen. In the letter Hudson explains her point of view as to why the Coos Bay Public Library shouldn’t stock Playboy magazine. She gives several examples of how pornography has contributed to pedophiles and how the content of the magazine is not appropriate for display in a public area. Hudson says that she has no problem with nudity if it is done tastefully; some examples are medical texts and art books. She finishes up her letter stating that the library is not being forced to stock the magazine and to really examine the contents of Playboy before making a final decision
