Abstract

This work proposes a fast HPLC-DAD method, without exhaustive manipulation of sample, for the analysis of seven BP (trans-resveratrol, quercetin, viniferin, rutin, kaempferol, myricetin and cinnamic acid) in red wines from CG.201
